The judges said, “This was a well finished home with excellent attention to detail and fantastic quality materials, fixtures and fittings. The workmanship was outstanding and well executed, especially when looking at the tiling, painting, finger jointing, cabinetry, bulk heads, Gainsborough fittings and Viridian glazing. A thought out plan with the living areas integrating well with the outdoor spaces. The home had segregated sleeping, living and service areas but was still well connected.
